This 4 inch Nylon Lifting Belt is designed to be an ultra durable belt that provides excellent support. This belt is easy to loosen and tighten and uses super strong 15lbs per square inch hook and loop material to securely lock the belt in place. Multiple sizes are available to fit a wide variety of body sizes. Belt sizing is based on men, but women can equally use this belt.
This belt is designed for the abuse from weight lifting including bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman, cross training and other fitness exercises. You should have no problem using it with machines, squats, bench press, deadlift, olympic lifting and more. Some customers find this belt perfect as a work belt or for back injuries to help them recover.
Nylon mesh makes the main section of the belt. A nylon webbed material creates the strap and heavy duty hook & loop is also used to secure the belt when in use and prevent it from opening.
Nylon mesh is extremely strong and durable. The heavy duty hook & loop is very durable and rated for 100,000 opens and closes so plan for many many workouts with this belt.
Care Instructions
Belt can be placed into cold water with a light cleaning agent, allow to soak for 15 - 30 minutes. Place belt on a cool dry surface and allow to dry before using.
